ULRIKE NORDQUIST

Ulrike works with painting, mixed media, fine art print and photography. She was born in Germany and lives in Sweden since 2006. Parts of her life she spent in Kenya, Zimbabwe, China and India. Elephants always appear in her art. Welcome to view her art, live at Näsbypark Gallery, Näsbypark C in Täby.

“What you always wanted to know about me:

• I studied classical piano for 15 years.

• I backpacked solo through South India for six months in 1995.

• I gave birth to one of my daughters in Bombay.

• I hold the WSET Level II Award in Wines & Spirits.

• I drew my first elephant at the age of five and graduated top of my class in art.

• Over the past 12 years, I have organized and participated in around 100 events within the art community.
